  • Here, under the “Basic” section, make sure checkmark is enabled next to the “Browsing history”, “Cookies and other site data” and  “Cached images and files “
  • Also, don’t forget to select a time range to “All time”

  • Finally, tap on “Clear Data” button located at the bottom and confirm the action. That’s it 

3. Disable VPN On Your PC

If you are using any VPN service ( Virtual private network ) on PC and it’s not working properly or misbehaving then it might prevent Google messages to open on the web.

Sometimes, It is also responsible for slow internet speed that results in reduce application performance.

That’s why it’s our advice to disable VPN and after that again try to access Google messages web version.

4. Switch To Another Web-Browser

  • Next, tap on ” Check “, wait for few seconds and after that, you see the status on your screen as ” UP ” or “DOWN ”
